Common questions from clinics and medical practices
Can it show patient data?
It shouldn't: the screen is public. Use ticket numbers, never names. Pantarix does not connect to your medical records.
Can I integrate the queue system?
With the API and webhooks you can publish the current ticket from your practice software. Ask us with the name of the program you use.
Which screen do I need?
Any TV with HDMI. For a small room, 32 or 43 inches; for large rooms, 55 or more.
Can I show the waiting-room queue?
Yes. You can keep a playlist with queue information updated from reception, or feed it from your practice-management system through the API.
Can I remove the sound and avoid distracting content?
Yes. Each screen plays what you assign, with or without audio. In a waiting room, calm images, large text and clear notices work best.
How do I show different content per floor or specialty?
With screen groups: dentistry, physiotherapy, paediatrics. Each group has its playlist and all are managed from the same account.
