How it is used in offices and receptions
- 8:30 · Reception
The reception screen welcomes the day’s visitors with their company name and the assigned room. It changes by itself with the agenda.

In the canteen, the quarter’s metrics and the notice about Thursday’s fire drill. Internal communication that actually gets read.

Can I show a web page or a KPI dashboard?
Yes. A playlist can include web pages, as well as images and videos.
Does it integrate with the room calendar?
Not out of the box. With the API you can publish the agenda from other systems; many start by publishing it as an image each morning.
Is it secure for corporate use?
Accounts with two-factor authentication, role-based permissions, activity log and EU-hosted data.
Can I show the meeting-room agenda?
Yes. You can keep a playlist with the agenda from the dashboard or feed it from your calendar through the API and webhooks.
Does it work for several offices or branches?
Yes. Group the screens by site or department; publish company messages to all of them and each site’s to its own.
Who can publish?
Whoever you decide: each user has a role with permissions (publish, manage screens, view only) and everything lands in the activity log.
