Where is the data hosted?
On servers in the European Union. Pantarix is a Spanish company; invoices include VAT.
Can it be contracted through a tender or a minor contract?
Yes. We invoice with the organisation's details and offer annual plans. For large installations, the Enterprise plan with a dedicated server.
How many buildings can I manage?
As many as you need. Each building is a screen group with its own users.
How is an urgent notice published?
From the dashboard, in any browser or from a phone: type the notice or upload the image and publish it to the screens you choose. Seconds later it is on the street.
Can several departments publish content?
Yes. Each department has its own users and permissions; it can publish to its screens and not to others’. The activity log records who published what.
Does it comply with data protection and accessibility?
Data is hosted in the European Union under the GDPR. Each administration designs its own content: we recommend large text, high contrast and no reliance on colour alone.
