How it is used in trade fairs and events
- 8:00 · Accreditation
The entrance screens show the welcome with the sponsors and the floor plan. In each room, the talk starting at 9:00.
- 11:40 · Room change
A talk moves from room B to room C. The coordinator changes it from a phone in the corridor and the screens reflect it before the audience arrives.
- 18:00 · Closing
The screens move to the prize-draw notice and tomorrow’s programme. When the hall closes, they switch off by themselves.

Can I change the programme from my phone during the event?

What happens when the event is over?
Unpair the screens and cancel the subscription. No commitment.
How long does it take to set up the screens for an event?
Minutes per screen: install the app on the Android TV or connect a Pantarix Box, type the code and assign that room’s playlist. Content can be prepared days ahead.
Can I change the programme during the event?
Yes, from a phone and from anywhere. Each room has its playlist; a time or room change is published in seconds.
Can I use it per event, without a subscription?
